Overpriced and

Liked: Breakfast was very nice
Disliked: Difficult to find location - called a few times en route but no answer.Too noisy - had to have window open as so hot but traffic very loud.Room was supposed to be a quadruple but only had a double and a single bed.Room needed a good renovation. The mattress was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs.Didn't think it was good value for money and won't be staying again.

Don’t judge when you first...

Liked: We stayed in the family room. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The room had all the amenities you need. All the staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: Parking was quite limited, the pubs car park was very small

Liked: Room was nicely refurbished. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The extractor fan from the kitchen was running all night which was a little annoying.

Disliked: Bedding & towels were very old & faded & didn't smell fresh.Pillows, mattress protectors & mattress were badly stained.You could feel the springs thru the mattress.Bathroom was ok apart from the black mould in the shower. Some cillit bang & good scrub would probably improve it! Didn't help couldn't open window to ventilate.We had access to our room via rear of building. Not a pretty sight with lots of bags of empty bottles & cans.Terrace area at front could be nice but the garden furniture needs some tlc, there was rubbish everywhere & a whiff of drains/sewer near a certain table.Parking was a problem too!
