Don’t judge when you first...

Liked: We stayed in the family room. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The room had all the amenities you need. All the staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: Parking was quite limited, the pubs car park was very small

Very good

Liked: Room was nicely refurbished. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The extractor fan from the kitchen was running all night which was a little annoying.

Disliked: Bedding & towels were very old & faded & didn't smell fresh.Pillows, mattress protectors & mattress were badly stained.You could feel the springs thru the mattress.Bathroom was ok apart from the black mould in the shower. Some cillit bang & good scrub would probably improve it! Didn't help couldn't open window to ventilate.We had access to our room via rear of building. Not a pretty sight with lots of bags of empty bottles & cans.Terrace area at front could be nice but the garden furniture needs some tlc, there was rubbish everywhere & a whiff of drains/sewer near a certain table.Parking was a problem too!

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The place needs a good clean. There are thick cobwebs hanging all through the hallway. There is black mold in the shower (even in the hose for the handheld). Flushing the toilet was sometimes futile. To get to the rooms, you have to walk through an alley piled with garbage. The remote for the TV was broken, and never fixed in the 4 days we were there.

Liked: Nice large clean rooms, friendly staff and a good Breakfast.
Disliked: Car parking and rear entrance area at the back needs a good tidy up - if it wasn't for that I would of rated it higher.
