Excellent location and lovely staff...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly. The front desk staff in particular.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast felt a little lazy. Not much choice.

Great stay in the best...

Liked: Fun and cute hotel in a great location. The complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning is a nice touch.
Disliked: The rooms are small. I don’t recommend bringing large bags or they won’t fit. This is a great option if you’re only staying a couple of nights and will be out most of the day. You can’t really work in the room, it’s too small for a desk.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing, super friendly. This hotel is the perfect location if you want to walk and take the metro to get to your destinations. The lobby is great for work. I loved the restaurant too.

Tiny rooms. Best for singles....

Liked: Great location and cool style.
Disliked: Tiny tiny rooms. We couldn’t even fully open our luggage and had to play physical tetris to move around the room. No tea / coffee in the room and can’t get one at the hotel restaurant late at night.

Fun for a night or...

Liked: Near friends.
Disliked: So much old paint on doors and door jams that they stick and have to be slammed. The closet doors are the worst. Small rooms. No room for luggage.

Charmin stay in the West...

Liked: The Marlton is charming and historic, with a great location in the West Village. The continental breakfast that’s included is quite delicious, and substantial. The room, while very small, was smartly designed, and the bathroom is a good size with a rain shower. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I think the hotel is showing its age, there were chips in the paint on the walls, cracks in the bathroom tile, and the shower did not drain well (I was in room 409). I also prefer when hotels don’t use the mini toiletry bottles, as they are terrible for the environment.

Great atmosphere in Greenwitch Village....

Liked: Nice boutique hotel and great staff!
Disliked: Smaller rooms
