Liked: The situation is perfect. 100m from the beach. Many restaurant around the hotel. And a good one directly at the entrance of the hotel. ( The hotel is upper the restaurant ) No noise at the 3rd floor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Proximity to the beach. Cute, modern rooms. Big spacious bathrooms. Italian restaurant downstairs was excellent. They also held our bags and gave us beach chairs until our room was ready. Once the previous tenants checked out, they cleaned it asap for us.

Liked: Memorable hotel due to its historical art deco building status, with excellent almost beachfront location giving close access to the bustling restaurants lined up along the beach to best enjoy all the imagined Miami vibes coming true! Also, wonderful interior deco and the free use of beaxh bag and chairs was such a nice gesture. Recep Staff David was so busy yet very patient to explain room stuff in detail, and helpful in his recommendation of best seafood restaurants, so we had a great dinner choice!
Disliked: We were lucky to get street parking just by the hotel, understand otherwise it would be next street, some garage place. It was a hassle though to keep topping up the parking fee, as our foreign-registered phone could not use the Parking App. Also, room was sightly smaller than expected, had no seating couch as shown when booking.
