Confused identity?

Liked: The room was a good size. However, although it was duel aspect both windows were oblique and didn't open. I checked-in on line but still had to queue at the bar to sign paperwork and collect my key
Disliked: No fridge in the room.No shower cap in bathroom.Confusing identity hotel or rooms above a busy bar.? Lumpy pillows and a dirty stain (covered by a throw) on the duvet cover.

Superb

Liked: Easy and informal check in at the bar, check out is leave your keys in a box. So super smooth.Lovely touches in the room, nice coffee, real milk for coffee, a free beer and this time a bag with instant porridge for brekkie!The room is cosy, clean, well decorated and the shower is fab.It can be a little noisy depending on which room you are, but it is reading! However, it's never bothered me enough that I didn't have a good sleep!

Lovely imaginative rooms in central...

Liked: Very nice room excellent shower
Disliked: Deafening music when we arrived. But in fairness it was silent by 11.10pm.

Liked: rooms are fashionable, beer is comfortable and the free beer in the room is a nice touch
Disliked: If there is any event or music on in the bar you can hear everything loudly untill the bar closes

Would definitely stay again and...

Liked: Location, very comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast included and eating option downstairs convenient.
Disliked: It was perfect

One of our best stays...

Liked: We were able to store our bags earlier than check in. We liked the configuration of our 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms were very spacious.
Disliked: Only 3 breakfasts provided for the 4 of us.

Eventually it was a lovely...

Liked: The noise of a wild company party was initially quite disturbing, but they provided ear plugs and it was all fine. Elegant bedrooms!
Disliked: The party! My 70 year old guests were horrified!
