Loved my stay

Liked: The location was ideal as it is very close to town and restaurants and shops. The staff were absolutely brilliant, full of smiles,welcoming and happy to help no matter the time. They solved minor issue we had even in the middle of the night, even the doormen were welcoming. The hotel was also clean and facilities are well maintained. I’m happy I went with the reviews and booked the stay.

Bad

Disliked: I booked this for a director of my company. It was paid in full before he arrived, On arrival he was then charged again and his credit card details taken. I had to ring up and ask why this has happened. The person on reception said it was a mistake and they would refund him but it could take 3-5 days. An absolute disgrace for a 5 star hotel.

Great city, great people. Would...

Liked: 5 star hotel situated away from the madness of Temple Bar down by the canal. Great staff, great facilities, just a bit pricey. Breakfast is €38 each. All in all, a good trip.
Disliked: Pricey, even for a top rated hotel.
