Liked: Comfortable rooms and bed. We stayed in the corner king and enjoyed the extra room being.
Disliked: Check-in was clunky with us being given the wrong room type. On having to speak again to reception, he was very dismissive and unapologetic. Needs more customer service training.

Disliked: Elevator (there are 2 old elevators, one not working…), it has no business room, decoration including furniture and lamps. Housekeeping did not took trash away when clean the room

Not recommended - disappointing experience

Liked: Downtown location.
Disliked: Room was in a very bad location. Very bad lighting. An interior room was provided with a very bad view so I couldn't open the window or blinds too. Wifi did not work on my mac due to wifi sign in page issues. Very small room.

Great location, nice rooms, crappy...

Liked: The room was spacious. The hotel is in a good location, with many cafes, restaurants, interesting shops nearby. Easy walk to central downtown and to Powell's Bookstore.
Disliked: The sheets are crap. They are the sheets you'd get at a cheap hotel.

Superb

Liked: The size of the room was great, and the decor was perfect. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones I have ever experienced in a hotel. The underground parking garage was fantastic and made it easy to get to the room.
Disliked: The shower was great. However, there is no posting warning that water will leak outside of the shower doors if you don't pay attention to the spray.
