Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, gave us an upgrade to a corner room, which was very nice. Good location, close to Powell's Books and many restaurants close by. Comfortable bed. Five minute taxi ride from train station.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have coffee and tea available in the room (was available 24/7 in the lobby).

Disliked: More detailed cleaning around edges and behind furniture. This separates a good hotel from a great hotel. Also might help with the smells as you open the door to your room.

Liked: Location, rooms, amenities, the view! Solid walls didn't hear anything or anyone else. The food, bars, and activities are endless. It will become our go to when we are staying downtown.
Disliked: That we didn't think to get the late check out.

Beautiful hotel in a safe...

Liked: One of the best and believe or not, cheapest hotel, we ever stayed at in USA. Perfect location, in downtown Portland and one block away from the well known, Powell’s City of Books. Nice room with a beautiful bathroom. Parking garage paid extra, but it wasn’t so much compared to other hotels.
Disliked: There was no breakfast, just complementary coffee and tee.

Liked: Nice clean room, comfy beds, great service from Staff. Early check in was appreciated.
Disliked: We were only there one night, so everything was fine.
