Superb

Liked: A superb hotel in a fantastic location, with a gorgeous garden, spectacular spa and with the most gracious, accommodating staff who do anything to make you comfortable. The suite I stayed in was spacious and luxurious, with the softest, most indulgent bed and a huge bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing

Expected more from one of...

Liked: LocationWelcome bottle of wine and chocolates.Bath amenities for our son and a small teddy bear.
Disliked: The ac didn't work and the room was very heated. The toilet was not very clean inside and that didn't change for 5 nights of our stay. The room itself felt outdated and in need for TLC. The breakfast was the same every day at the buffet and you could order an additional omelet or pancakes with no extra charge. Every morning they forgot to bring lemon or honey with the tea.. Asked to put fruit on the side and not on top of the pancake but 3 of 5 times forgot. Made mix-up with our omelets and the ones of the table sitting next to us, changed them eventually but we had to wait for ours again..

Liked: Everything about the Grand Mark Prague was exceptional. From the moment you enter from the side walk, till the moment you leave, the staff make you feel special and spoiled. We were celebrating a special anniversary and were treated with an upgrade, some extra touches to our room, including chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine. The staff were all amazing, willing to do anything to make your stay memorable. The room was gorgeous and impeccably clean, with every amenity catered for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and eggs and coffee freshly made to order.The pianist in the foyer was wonderful to listen to and provided a very relaxed atmosphere.The location was perfect for walking to all the sights. I highly recommend staying at The Grand Mark. It was a perfect choice for a special occasion.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like!
