Liked: The property was homely, spotlessly clean, and the host was so welcoming . Bonus points for being so close to the beach and the breakfast was just perfect.
Disliked: Honestly there isn’t really any downside to the property, maybe a new shower head replacement in our room,

Liked: From start to finish we were made very welcome and recieved a first class service from our hosts.Our room was exceptionally clean and had plenty of tea and coffee and mini packet of haribos for my 8 year old which he loved.The breakfast options were perfect, with plenty of choice.The breakfast was delicious and set us up till lunch time.Great spot, nice walk into Torquay and close to the beach.Our stay was smooth and stress free, we cant wait to come back. Thank you :)
