A good budget option in...

Liked: Included parking, very important in Lyme Regis during peak season!Room was a good size and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were very welcomed!
Disliked: Breakfast was just about average, a long wait for supermarket bread and seemingly processed avocado, but it was included with the price. Next time I'd get breakfast elsewhere.Bedroom windows needed refurbishing thoroughly.

Excellant.

Liked: Breakfast was superb. We didn’t eat in the evening at the hotel. On arrival we asked for a 1st floor room ( I use a stick ) and the staff were more than helpful in providing a ground floor room which was wonderful.
Disliked: Water pressure in the hotel. The shower was a bit gentle.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room wasn’t very special and we were forgotten at breakfast. Stayed in a travel lodge the night before and had a very similar comfort level of room for a 1/3 of the price

Lovely stay in clean and...

Liked: Very friendly staffRooms small but everything you need, nice interior and decoBeautiful garden with stunning view of the seasideGood food, lovely selection for breakfast, everything includedNice lounge with books and gamesGood location, just a short walk downhill from the centerPerfect for a few nights in Lyme Regis
Disliked: No lift (but staff will help with carrying luggage up the stairsDouble bed quite small for 2 grown ups
