Disliked: Found a hyperdermic needle in our room!!! Pool was dirty and below 80 degreesOurs on has cerebral Halsey in a wheel chair and the lift for the pool did not work either

Liked: Nothing…. Staff was rude and very noncoporative. The room was filthy,the shower had old soap in the tub, the bed had stained sheets and hairs on it. We asked for a new room and it was worse than the first one. The staff were completely rude and uncooperative. We stayed about an hour and fifteen minutes. Asked for our money back and were told and I Qoute” No can do”You need to contact Booking.com.
