Liked: Great location for strolls along the beach. Staff were really attentive and from reception to the restaurant, the service was excellent. We were able to take our dogs. Staff loved dogs and had treats on hand. Good room facilities. Tea coffee biscuits snd and a lovely treat bag for dogs. Toiletries and fresh towels provided. Lovely fresh cotton bedding. Cozy room.
Disliked: The bathrooms were a bit shabby, the shower was not great and there was a lot of limescale. It felt like it needed a good scrub and freshen up. The stairs were an issue. No lift. Parking was really difficult during the day, the small carpark at the rear was full. The price was steep.

Liked: The hotel was lovely with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and the staff were brilliant. We were made to feel very welcome.The bed was extremely comfortable, and it is definitely a dog friendly hotel.
Disliked: We had our two small dogs with us, and the room we were allocated was badly in need of an upgrade. Room number 3. The skirting boards and furniture were chipped and scuffed. The bathroom grout was black in places. The room was very dusty and didn't smell clean. Perhaps this is due to it being a dog friendly room.

Liked: Wonderful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Wonderful peaceful view of the sea from the room, with a balcony so you really can enjoy it.
