Liked: Superb view by the sea. Lovely rooms and the food was good. We enjoyed it so much so will return again to Stonehaven in the future.
Disliked: No lift and a lot of stairs for my mum who's 94 to go up and down.A cooked breakfast would have been good.

Liked: Everything was ok, however I didn't realise there were so many stairs and no lift. I walk with a stick and found the stairs difficult as they are very steep. it might be something you want to say to guests in future. The room was clean enough and the decor was good but did find it a bit steep in price for the size of the room. There was one mirror light out in the bathroom and two other lights were flickering. I went for a bath in the evening and the water wasn't as warm as it could have been. There was no front access for me to leave in the morning and I had to exit via the back door, again I wasn't told this and as I have walking difficulties it took me the long route to get to my car. Staff were all wonderful though, very friendly, very attentive and couldn't fault them.

Disliked: The bathroom was small, though well proved for. My main concern (I am 82) was the lack of hand rails in the shower.
