Liked: Night check in staff was very friendly
Disliked: The whole building smelled like wet carpet. Our smelled like mildew and felt sticky. The floors were slippery from the moisture. Even our sheets felt moist - it was such a n uncomfortable experience. It felt dirty - like trapped moisture.

Liked: Great location. Very clean and updated. My suite was spacious. Staff was very friendly
Disliked: I wish there was a TV in the sitting part of the suite. I wanted to watch while eating a late lunch . I had to eat on my bed. Wouldve been great if a Tv was in the little sitting area so I couldve eaten there instead

Disliked: The bathroom fan wasn’t working and the AC was tricky to operate. The room felt constantly humid since we showered. The hallways and elevator need remodeling. The hallways feel like we were in the shining movie.

Liked: 1. Location to I10 was convenient. 2. Staff was pleasent. 3. The room had a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave. A lot of hotels don't have all 3 anymore.
Disliked: 1. Dark hallways. 2. Unkept grounds. 3. Dirty/sticky floor in our room. (The floors were not carpet, which is odd for a hotel) 4. Interior door wouldn't close. 5. Very creaky bedframe. 6. The only temp in the shower was very hot or extremely hot. 7. Sink faucet was plumbed backwards. Hot goes on the left, not right. 8. Even with the A/C on 69, our room was very humid. We felt damp the whole night.

Liked: Didn’t stay at the property because they wanted to keep a photocopy of my ID. This raised obvious privacy and security concerns.

Disliked: Tv is in a bad location very hard to hear unless it’s too loud to listen to
