Liked: Breakfast was amazing, and the most hospitable staff I've ever experienced. Wonderful people work there, and make you feel like you're part of an experience. The luxury came from both the hotel, and staff!

Liked: The restaurant has excellent food and the staff are nice people but you can see there is a lack of experience amongst them.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room and no black blinds.

Liked: Beautifully appointed hotel. Wonderfully comfy bed. The restaurant was excellent. Great request and really fabulous dinners. I'd like to mention Tony who optimised service. He had a smile always and nothing was any trouble.
