Liked: The bed was so comfy felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I paid for a 2 bed room for me and my daughter and ended up on a 5 bed room.. was super impressed I'd stay again
Disliked: Cleaners coming unannounced. Was there for 2 nights I don't think new bedding was needed after 1 night

Liked: The Manuela Rose is perfectly located for The Tower, good bus routes and the town centre - there is also a Morrison mini supermarket, an excellent sandwich shop together with Dale's delicious

Disliked: The television was cruded on the wall the bathroom was really small if you was a small person it might have been alright for you the light in the bathroom did not work we told the man in charge of the hotel he came to fix it but could not he told me he will change the rooms but he did not the curtains in the room did not take the light out of the back as the lights of the hotel in the over side was on all night it's came into the room really really bright how do you cut that sleep very properly and the toilet will not flush properly
