Overall amazing first time visit...

Liked: Location was fantastic, beach access, options for food and fun on site, historic and well kept amenities.
Disliked: Follow through from staff on orders needs improvement, drop the fingerling potatoes, cut them thinner and cook crispy.

Liked: The property is beautiful. The ease of having towels, beach chairs, food and water provided and available adds to a relaxing vacation.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the summer of 2024 and 2025 we have seen a lack of communication between staff and guests when it comes to property events and amenities. Last summer, 3 of my dresses were left in my hotel room and I immediately called and emailed. My concern went unanswered. This summer, no texts messages were sent to guests regarding property events and the Wednesday morning Whitecaps events was cancelled 20 minutes AFTER waiting indicating a lack of communication.

Liked: Whole facility is as luxurious as it gets in the cape. You can keep your Chatham bars, Ocean Edge is the best resort in cape cod and maybe even New England.

Liked: Very nice and calm location with direct access to a beautiful beach. Cosy beach bar with a perfect view. Very comfortable beds. Perfect service.
Disliked: The indoor swimming pool looks quite old and needs an overhaul. The changing rooms are very small.
