Liked: Very nice and calm location with direct access to a beautiful beach. Cosy beach bar with a perfect view. Very comfortable beds. Perfect service.
Disliked: The indoor swimming pool looks quite old and needs an overhaul. The changing rooms are very small.

Liked: We got upgraded to an amazing suite.
Disliked: We struggled to get food in the evening as fully booked.

Liked: The location is the best part of this resort. The Brewster area is a great Cape Cod destination. Many places to visit beyond the Ocean Edge location.
Disliked: For the price charged, the room was an average motel room. You aren't really staying in the "Mansion" with an ocean view, but you are housed in a wing of motel rooms attached to the current mansion. Getting your luggage to your room is a real challenge as you must maneuver your bags over multiple stairs just to get to the door to the hallway where the room is located. In addition to that, there is only one entrance/exit door which to me is certain fire hazard. If you are handicapped in any way, I would not recommend you book here as you will be extremely limited in access to your own room and the facilities.
