Too expensive for the presented...

Liked: Very good Service
Disliked: Room was very hot or heated when arriving. The staff tried to help to cool down the room. Thanks for this, but it did help less. Sleeping wasn‘t very comfortable, older windows couldn‘t be Opened wide enough, and finally the spotlights of the House went on in the evening and kept on the whole Night shining into the Room. Maybe there are better rooms available but not for us

Excellent staff and food

Liked: The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and the menu was very good.
Disliked: The room was a little hot but probably nothing they could do about it.

Pleasant but bed and shower...

Liked: Breakfast was very good.Staff were very good.
Disliked: The bed was very soft and while the sheets were clean the other soft furnishing seems dated and worn. The shower needs upgraded, it was difficult to get on and off.

Stay in Elgin

Liked: Good friendly service
Disliked: Bed was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and that was after paying extra for an upgraded room.Rooms were quite dated and very hot with no air conditioning, was given a little fan after asking for one.
