An amazing place!

Liked: A perfect stay. From the welcome, gorgeous house, spotless room with great facilities. Hosts Anne and John are really kind and friendly, and breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful.
Disliked: Nothing, I think this might well be the best B & B we've ever stayed in.

Lovely B&B run by the...

Liked: Lovely B&B with only 3 rooms and managed by Ann and John with so much love and care. It felt like visiting a close friend or a family member’s house and being hosted with a comfy bed, good food, good coffee and what more can I ask for. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Eastbourne for a weekend.

Liked: We have stayed here many times times and have always found the property to be so beautiful and unique. John and Anne are so warming and make you feel so welcome

Liked: My hosts, John and Anne were as friendly and helpful as ever. The room was very comfortable, with a few luxurious touches. Most importantly, for me, was that it was very quiet.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property in a very...

Liked: It was beautiful! One of the nicest bnbs we’ve ever stayed in - lovingly restored throughout but very comfortable. Anne &John were wonderful hosts - friendly and relaxed and the breakfast was superb (best poached eggs we’ve had for a long while!). This is a definite ‘keeper’ next time we need somewhere to stay in Eastbourne.

Wonderful, exceptional, comfortable, everything was...

Liked: A Period Property decorated tastefully. Our room also in fact the whole of the accommodation was everything one could ask for. Exceptionally Clean .Our wonderful hosts John & Annie could not have made us more welcome. Our exceptional breakfast with home made preserves /muesli /granola. Plus a cook breakfast again was everything one could ask for. So much so we have already booked to return in 2025.
Disliked: There was not anything we did not like and we have absolutely no complaints

Great place to stay in...

Liked: This property is in a great location - close enough to walk into the city of Eastbourne, and restaurants/cafes, but in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room we had was a generous size and it was well equipped. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was beautifully presented. The hosts were friendly and very helpful with suggestions of things to see and do in the area.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower wan’t great, but is was OK.
