Liked: Gorgeous property with wonderful staff throughout. Our room was in one of the converted cottages, beautifully done and we even had an Easter egg left as a gift as it was over Easter weekend. Everywhere was spotless and well presented, food and drink exceptional, perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Wonderful stay in one of the cottages’ rooms in the mews. The hotel is a dream come true. Great location and definitely worth to have a walk around the property. We had a very nice afternoon tea. The staff is so helpful and extremely kind.

Superb

Like a fairytale castle

Liked: Staying at this property felt like stepping back in time to the era of Westeros lords – a super location with classic, beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness was exceptional.
Disliked: While the property’s lack of luggage assistance was unexpected for a 5-star hotel, it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, our stay was still enjoyable despite this minor inconvenience.

Liked: Lovely cottage room. Excellent facilities. Bath and shower were amazing. Christmas tree in the room made it all the better. Great location. Lovely village pubs. Hotel so unique.
