Disliked: A little bit of shampoo.

Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.

Liked: Close to the ICC.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Liked: Not much. The food was good
Disliked: Initially we couldn’t even enter our allotted room because there was no handle on the door. Back to reception to sort it out along multiple corridors and stairs. The parking is unimaginable - a walk of over fifteen minutes up a steep hill with no footpath. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are worn, there is no lift below the first floor so you have to carry your suitcases up two flights of stairs before you can use a lift. If it hadn’t been for Muhammad at reception we would have gone elsewhere. He went above and beyond to arrange a convenient parking spot, and a complimentary bottle of wine with dinner.

Lovely hotel full of character...

Liked: Full of character, much quieter than the main hotel. Huge comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom. The Thai restaurant was delicious. The spa was lovely although the jacuzzi sadly wasn’t working
Disliked: The hot food buffet breakfast in the morning was lukewarm which was a little disappointing

Disliked: Signage wasn’t easy to read driving around the complex
