Liked: Staff keen to help, and very approachable. Fantastic!
Disliked: A little bit of shampoo.

Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.

Liked: Close to the ICC.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Absolute bliss I had peace...

Liked: Beautiful building with easy access to the main resort building.
Disliked: Can seem confusing at first could maybe do with a resort map in each room.

Disliked: All I can say is be careful as they took more money out of our account days after we left and still haven't put it right.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was full of dust. All surfaces including the bathroom floor were dirty. We were that unhappy we left a day early.
