Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.
Liked: Close to the ICC.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Disliked: The furniture and decor is very dated lack of clear directions and the fact that you have to pay for car parking considering the cost of the stay and refreshments over priced

Comfortable room, service could have...
Liked: Felt service overall could have been better. Hotel was very busy and not enough staff to handle. Waited an excessively long time to be served drinks in the bar, lack of seating. Unable to use spa facilities as over booked. Breakfast meats/ eggs were dry and over cooked, coffee machine wasn't working. Room service non existent, no menu in room at all
Disliked: Room was really comfortable and clean and bed was comfortable Lots to do, just incredibly busy

Liked: Comfortable and relaxing…. Very helpful staff
Disliked: It said on the website that there was a smart dress code to adhere to, which I had to buy new shoes for…. Once there it was clear there was no dress code as people were wandering around in shorts, flip flops and football shirts… wasted my money!!!!……… also the rooms and parts of the hotel were dated with worn out and damaged carpets everywhere….. in need of updating…

Disliked: communications which where very poor and also they were unable to print out an invoice with my company name so I was unable to claim my expenses!!!!!!
