Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.

Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Liked: We had a lovely stay at the manor house food was lovely, facilities great, however very disappointed in we didn't have a robe in our room for the pool , when we phoned reception I was told we didn't need one, my partner has stayed many tine before and always had a robe and everyone else had robes at the pool too. t saves taking your suitcase to the pool :( It's very disappointing!!!! And the bed wasn't clean either !! 5 * more like 3 * Thanks !!

Disliked: Forum Spa sauna and steam room are poor compared to Dylans. The pool and sauna are great in the Forum spa so you take a choice l.
