Very good

Liked: Large property in spacious grounds with great views of London from the bar terrace. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and friendly staff.
Disliked: Staff were extremely busy all of the time and there didn't seem to be enough of them. Given their workload, they all did really well.

Liked: I think the grounds and building was absolutely stunning! Beautiful area also. Staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Some aspects of the property was very un locked after lots of wear and Tare if that makes sense, bed was extra soft and felt like it had never been flipped and was in extreme need of replacement, then again if you like a soft soft mattress that’s the bed for you. No air con although staff did find us a fan. Bath room lights was flickering, and extractor fan screaming, water pressure was shockingly bad. Over all I just think it needs a bit of tlc, it’s such a beautiful building in the main areas, but once you start walking to the rooms it goes down hill.

Great relaxing stay in a...

Liked: Room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. Pillows were amazing best I have ever slept on. Staff went above and beyond and were very friendly and helpful. Lovely grounds.

An enjoyable stay at the...

Liked: Loved the building and surrounding gardens.
Disliked: Sadly the breakfast was luck warm. It was a buffet breakfast and had everything you needed for a good breakfast. The hot items were kept in stainless steel silver chafers but no burners underneath so the food was allowed to cool . I felt sorry for the chef, all that preparation. We arrived down for breakfast on the Sunday at 9am; so not late.
