Liked: Outstanding food. Beautiful grounds, solid restaurant service and lovely rooms.
Disliked: The rooms temperature reached 33 degrees which is impossible to sleep. No table service extended outside or even at the bar.

Liked: Absolutely amazing place. We chose it for accommodation of our wedding guests one year ago, now we came back for our one year wedding anniversary and we really loved it again.
Disliked: To leave the hotel :)

A perfect stay in a...

Liked: We had a lovely overnight stay here. Parking was easy and the room was so comfortable - we slept like logs. We ate a delicious dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast there too. All in all it was a great stopover for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hopefully stay longer next time.
Disliked: Nothing

Not happy with confused messages...

Liked: Beautiful property from 13 th century. Most staff really nice and helpful. But daytime reception guy was not at all helpful and lacking in any charm.
Disliked: Prefer a more traditional style of furnishing in line with the old property but still it looks very stunning. Very clean. Would like a grudge and bath. Shower didnt work properly.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: The hotel itself is stunning! The decor, rooms, grounds staff and food are all so nice I couldn’t fault any of it until it’s time to sleep
Disliked: We book and paid more for the delux room. We were in room number 5 however you could hear everything from room 6 and I expect they could hear us talking too. at midnight I had to go down to reception as room 6 has a tv on the wall where our bed head was and the tv was sooooo loud I was going to go crazy. They had to call the room to ask them to turn it down! I was there traveling for work with a crazy busy day to follow and I was exhausted. It’s such a shame as the hotel, grounds, staff and food are all amazing they just need to re think the positioning in rooms for all guest.
