Terrible! Said they would refund...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Terrible. They had over booked so gave me a downgraded room that I did not book, said they would refund me the night I stayed in the room but have not. Now they are totally avoiding me. There is written proof about saying they would refund me and yet I have not received it. Booking.com is not helping with this matter

Great spot

Liked: Great spot to stay in Amsterdam. The room was great and a nice size, bigger than anticipated. A good quiet nights rest can be had. Facilities were nice size and clean. The FREE snacks were a great very much appreciated. Staff was great and attentive to any needs.Laundromat right across the street with same day service and very reasonable prices. Used it since this was a halfway point for me.Close to some food spots and markets all within a 2 - 15 walk. Train stops all within walking distance. From this hotel the main area is like 15/20 minutes away.
Disliked: No complaints, everything was great.

Wonderful and relaxing

Liked: The room was spacious and well equiped with a nice bathroom, the location was on the routes of the trams towards the centre of Amsterdam, the breakfast was always appetising and more than enough.
Disliked: The kitchen runs seperately from the hotel

Lovely hotel for our short...

Liked: The hotel was easy to find from the train station and trams. Lovely rooms, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered bicycle rental. Trams were convenient to get into the city centre.
Disliked: The restaurant wasn't open for food when we stayed but we were recommended a lovely place and the food was great.

comfortable beds, but bad smell...

Liked: - close to tram- comfortable beds- friendly staff
Disliked: - not very clean - intensive cannabis smell. Very annoying especially at night!! This kept us from sleeping, as we were freezing with the window open. We were given a free breakfast, but after two nights with hardly any sleep, a breakfast just didn’t make up for it.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Liked: Nice breakfast. Close to the trams and the park. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.
