Manhattan Club is a nice, reasonably priced hotel in a great location.

Liked: Location. It was within walking distance to the event I was attending.

Good property but some staff...

Liked: Great location surrounded by restaurants, souvenir stores, shops.
Disliked: The description shows great views of the city but in our visit they gave us the room with the worst view. It was completely obstructed and in the 2nd floor. Not to mention that the bellboy at our arrived was so mean and disrespectful. He took my bags and yelled at me when tried to take the elevator with my husband and 2 kids, to give me a note that I didnt even know what was it for, after half an hour of being waiting for my luggage I realized he put my bags in their luggage storage instead of taking them to my room. Totally lost of what he was supposed to do. I even had to go to the lobby again and look for my own bags in their storage as they couldn’t find them themselves.

Convenient, comfortable and clean stay!

Liked: The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were decently lit and sized, and there were a couple of full sized mirrors which is an added bonus!
Disliked: The elevators were so slow and my friends and I had to end up walking down 23 flights of stairs on check out day because everyone was checking out at the same time and the elevators were slow nd kept being full.

Generous rooms, great location and...

Liked: The hotel was well appointed and well situated in midtown Manhattan. I enjoyed a large room, with a spacious living room separated from the bedroom. The hotel was located near all of the sites and near the subway. I would definitely return.
Disliked: The rooms are slightly dated (think late 1990's - early 2000's décor) but is still charming. Not a complaint, but an observation.

A "Club" I wouldn't mind...

Liked: Rooms were clean and spacious. The sofa beds were the deciding factor for us while travelling with a large family. The small kitchen is a plus especially when dealing with leftovers and picky eaters. Being close to subway lines, restaurants, Central Park, and museums was great and easy to get around. The staff was excellent, very polite, courteous, and extremely helpful.
Disliked: Elevator wait times, especially during check out, were extremely long. Make sure to get down much earlier or later perhaps. Otherwise, if you can, take the stairs. They're a bit shorter than a regular flight of stairs.

I had a fabulous time...

Liked: This is THE perfect location in NYC, central park morning walks, downtown for the class I was taking later. Microwave and refrigerator in the room made it easy to have breakfast and pack lunches to save some money.
Disliked: I love everything about this place!
