Manhattan Club is a nice, reasonably priced hotel in a great location.

Liked: Location. It was within walking distance to the event I was attending.
Disliked: Nothing.

Fabulous location and good sized...

Liked: It was so central yet quiet at night time
Disliked: The bar and lounge has no viewThere was a lot of waiting for the lifts

Exceptional

Good hotel for New York

Liked: For two of us sharing this was great as it had two bathrooms as well as a bedroom and sofa bed. The living room was smaller than other apartments but it had everything we needed.
Disliked: We were early to arrive and the weather was horrible and it was difficult to find out that there was a lounge area. A typical big hotel.

Poor

Disliked: Totally inadequate air conditioning. It was 58 degrees outside and 74 degrees in our room,Very disappointing!!. They did bring a fan and that was appreciated.

A comfortable family stay

Liked: The location was amazing and the lobby is very chic. We enjoyed breakfast every day in the comfortable lounge and the staff were really friendly and helpful around the hotel. We had flight issues on our last day and the reception staff were really kind (namely Lizette). The breakfast set up was really good for feeding up our toddler for the day and we could sort other basic meals in our room with the kitchenette. Having two bathrooms in our suite was great!
Disliked: The room was a little tired and the bathroom needed more of a clean (I reported this but it didn't improve). The heating was a bit odd and the room we had was quite dark.

Liked: Location was great. Staff, fantastic! The room was very large (Suite), clean and well kept.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is inadequate outlet access in the room (for phones, laptops, etc). This could be solved pretty easily with a few extension cords or bedside usb ports.

Exceptional

Liked: Great facilities and staff were very helpful. Excellent location and value for money.

Superb

Liked: Great location! We managed to secure the one bedroom suite with the two bathrooms and it was very spacious.
