Liked: Absolutely everything. The central location, staff, cleanliness, free drinks and snacks, seating area in front of hotel, decor in the lobby and room were very modern and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great value!

Liked: Staff was incredible. They were kind and helpful. Very generous with welcome drinks and drinks in the afternoon. Often had little cake bites as well. Location was great.
Disliked: Rooms were very small. No ice in rooms.

Liked: Comfortable room. Great location. Drinks offered in lounge free of charge is a nice touch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The tapas restaurant in the evening next door is excellent!
Disliked: Not terribly important but would like to see brighter stairway/hallways.
