Exceptional

Liked: The location is great. We had the studio which would be even better if we had stayed longer as it has a kitchenette where you can pretty much do everything. However the best are the staff... We were greeted by Demba who even took the time to take us all the way to the parking spot as we werent able to locate it at first...There was also a very nice breakfast included at atrium, which in my opinion can even be a paid brunch ... overall a great experience..would stay there again for sure...

A first-rate, beautifully appointed hotel.

Liked: This is an excellent hotel. My room was spacious, filled with light, carefully and tastefully designed, and with excellent temperature control. The breakfast was ample and good and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were equally helpful. I didn't use the spa and the hotel's highly regarded restaurant was closed for vacation during the time I was there. But I'm sure they are of comparable very high quality. The location is central and nicely positioned for use of public transport to other parts of the city. I will definitely return on my next trip to Berlin. It was a pleasure to return to at the end of the day.

Liked: Nice design - lovely staff.
Disliked: Kitchenette was not equipped. On request a pot and pan was delivered, but no kitchen knives, liquid to do dishes, kitchen towels etc. the fridge ias more like a mini bar with some small extra space, so you have to drink a lot before you can store food.

Disliked: Eccellent but Expensive breakfast Elevator sometimes slow to arrive

Liked: We liked everything about the hotel, the location, the facilities and the amazing Michelin restaurant. Breakfast had a great variety!
Disliked: We could not find USB sockets in our room.

Perfect Stay in a Great...

Liked: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!
