Liked: Lovely atmosphere and a well appointed room. Roof top bar area was wonderful.
Disliked: Room Service meal that was ordered took over an hour to be delivered to our room.

Liked: Location was perfect. Walking distance from Rupp Arena. The hotel is a cute vibe. The roof top bar seemed like it was fun. I didn't make it up but there was a line!
Disliked: Valet was rude! They were picking & choosing which cars were to be parked in the hotel lot VS down the road. I asked for explanation and they were rude! After that, they didn't give me great service.

Liked: Location was perfect for an event we attended. Parking was expensive but met our needs for convenience. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The closing time(s) for the restaurant and bar were fairly early for a weekend. There were no ice makers in place, this must be delivered to your room by staff.
