A perfectly curated experience!

Liked: My husband and I have enjoyed this property both for our anniversary getaway and as a quick weekend escape. Recently, we brought friends along to share something we’ve grown to love — and it was a smashing success!From the thoughtful details and amenities in the room, to the incredible restaurant, and that bar (which beckons me for hours) — every design detail is impeccable. The service is always 5 stars, and a special shoutout goes to Elijah, who lights up the entire room with his energy and warmth!We’ll be back again — and soon!
Disliked: I truly have no insight on this at the moment. We have always been completely immersed in the property - possibly more spa options is the only input at this time or add-on a tailored bourbon trail experience, but all around perfection!

All in all we won’t...

Liked: It was very nice and the bed and furniture was comfy and the bathroom was nice. The staff was always very polite as well. All but one guy at the lost palm we encountered when we tried to go grab a drink to take to our room. The drinks was actually the biggest reason I stayed to begin with and then we were told they were booked up and no tables were available even after I advised I didn’t want a table only a drink.
Disliked: The parking was horrible. If you stay out later you have no choice but to pay the 25 dollars for the valet IF they even have one available. And the parking is open to the public while the guests have to find their own. The rooms were very small for what we paid. There was a $100 dollars a night incidental fee added to our bill we knew nothing about. Then a crap load of taxes that was insane. We was on the 4th floor and could hear the music on the last palm on the top (8th floor). We were told they closed at 11 but the music went way later than that. The prices for the mini bar items are insane. $15 dollars for a deck of cards. I chose to stay because I wanted to try the drinks from the lost palm and as mentioned I didn’t even get to do that. And you can’t order those to your room. Apparently we were too old for the lost palm and was all but straight up told no. The bottom floor bar was however was great along with their staff. Even though I couldn’t get the drinks I wanted.
