Liked: The staff, the breakfast and views.
Disliked: Kept getting lost! Reception was very busy (there was a function on)

Brilliant location, polite and friendly...

Liked: Location is fantastic, staff amazing and rooms excellent. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Loved the meals in the restaurant, ate there both nights. Staff were very welcoming and professional, waiter Matt Gethin at dinner was lovely and provided great service. Location was great too.
Disliked: Lots of floors to negotiate your way around to get to places.

Liked: Location. The staff were awesome.

Bangor stay.

Liked: First class, very clean, excellent breakfast. Staff were excellent especially Tom on reception, very helpful and also Emily in the bar. Would I stay again? Yes definitely.
Disliked: Bit of a walk down to town if you don't have a car and elderly. Not too bad though.

Liked: Plenty of parking
Disliked: It wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom, the radiator was thick with dust, and there were dirty coffee spoons left in the bathroom sink
