Liked: Great Spa with pretty good choice of treatment & places to relax. Most staff pretty helpful & comfortable rooms. Decent dinner with a good wine list & bar
Disliked: WiFi was intermittent - a real issue as 5G/4G signal was also weak. Most rooms overlooked a car park & some staff were rude.Good views at the back were spoilt by lack of usable outside space & breakfast was pretty basic. Pretty expensive given location & lack of some facilities

Liked: Absolutely amazing, staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The spa area is gorgeous. It was for a special occasion and they left a card and a treat in the bedroom. Cocktails were amazing too! Will be back, loved it.
Disliked: We loved it but Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the signal was too weak I did call reception and someone came up but there was nothing they could do, hotel need to get wifi coverage extended. Breakfast ends at 9.30 Monday to Friday and you have to book the day before, we had to go at 9:15.Would be much more relaxing to go to breakfast at your leisure and it’s usually served until 10-10.30 in most hotels. Was great food though.

Liked: Room was dated with lists of damage to the furniture way over prices at £260 for 1 night with breakfast £30 for a bottle of Prosecco way over priced Staff were very stuck up and unfriendly Would not book again
Disliked: The room was worn and dated shower area was not clean couldn’t get a sun longer round the spa
