Lovely relaxing stay would book...

Liked: Really beautiful hotel with great pub facilities. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good food and drink served in below pub.
Disliked: Not something they can help but as it’s an old building it was very warm in the room due to the summer heat. There was a fan provided in the room which was really appreciated but if your room is south facing, most likely to be on the hot side during summer.

A beautiful hotel as long...

Liked: Food is amazing breakfast, plenty of choice hot and cold. Evening meals are a little pricey, but very well presented and tasty.
Disliked: Our room was a little disappointing. We requested a low floor room but had to negotiate two small flights of stairs. Not too much of a problem but stairs non the less. The room no 102 had 2 windows neither of which had any sort of view. Both were semi frosted. One overlooked the car park, the other the metal fire escape and the hall way of the remainder of the hotel. Will avoid this room in future. Suggest you do too! BTW paid the best price too!

Highly recommend for a warm...

Liked: Lovely looking hotel in a nice location. Great outside seating for a warm evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, service was excellent and the food was great. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Disliked: Nothing.
