Disliked: Our room was above a nightclub and very loud. |We had an early start on the Sunday.I sent messages via booking.com, but when arrived at the hotel they said they had not received anything.I am Gluten, Soya and Lactose free so this was really awkward.

Super service by all staff.

Disliked: Walking in to my room being mis-sold a gold suite which we opted for as a one night stay to break our travel up. It was northing at all like photo provided. The mattress was so old it was haunted and the gravel bags for pillows allowed for no sleep. The radiator was hanging off the wall and grimey and the bath was disgusting. Cobwebs next to the toilet worrying as to how much attention is taken for a basic clean.Staff very nice. The room however was a big let down. If it wasnt so late we would of 100% driven a distance for somewhere else. Breakfast included but a cup of prppa coffee was extra.Room 2/10Breakfast 5/10 due to surplus Staff 9/10

Disliked: The outdoor area was dirty with lots of smoking.

Liked: Great service - lady was amazing as only one staff on
Disliked: Unclear from booking that private bathroom was across the hall from room so had to dress and undress to use during night. There were no hooks for towels and it was not clean bits all over floor and shower glass not cleaned since last person used.
