It was ok

Liked: Very clean and cozy atmosphere in the reception / bar off hotel
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom seemed like it wasn’t clean the shower was very dirty the head boards were all torn

Excellent value.

Liked: Location, breakfast good and the staff very friendly.
Disliked: Single beds could have been slightly bigger!

Staff excellent, room not.

Liked: Staff were wonderful. Left a lovely dessert plate for us for anniversary. Bed really comfy and was quiet
Disliked: Broken window that wouldn't shut, had to get staff to come fix it. Corked wine at bar. Mouldy scum around shower. Shower blocked. Mirror Light in bathroom not working. Plug stuck in sink. Stain on sheet. Key card not working. Fawlty towers.

Really nice hotel

Liked: Staff really lovely. Rooms were roomy and really clean with lovely big bathroom.
Disliked: Room was across the road from hotel in separate house big puddles on either side of road stepped in and had wet feet. Radiators weren’t on so was a bit cold. Stayed sat and Sunday and got up Monday and radiators were hopping. Telly wasn’t working in room reported it twice and never seen anyone in 2 days to fix it. Didn’t have apple cider in bar what husband drinks so didn’t stay for drinks. Walked into city but it’s about 30 minutes walk not too bad cause it was sunny

Liked: stayed for one night for a concert in the SSE Arena.. the staff were very friendly and helpful,the room was warm and cosy had everything you need. very clean

Liked: the staff are amazing they make the hotel friendly kind and so helpful . breakfast so many options and food cooked fresh
Disliked: we stayed in room 204 window locks were faulty . was cold but think that was my fault not figure out heating but was so tired just went to bed . I am sure if I went to reception they would of helped. shower head was tilted to left ( and it refused to turn straight)but was funny trying to shower . Bar refused to take cash as said had no change and unfortunately did not bring my card just cash as was a shopping trip and over night stay. ..but will say bar staff were friendly polite and bar area is so cozy and nice.
