Liked: Nothing to like. Really bad experience.
Disliked: Booked room online wasn’t sent an access code, no answer at the door no answer from emergency mobile number that was on the door. Couldn’t check in and had zero correspondence about any of it and haven’t even received a refund!!

Disliked: Room was very poor it was freezing no heating no tv remote bedding was dirty the mattress was a cause for concern as springs were sticking out that actually cut the side of my waist no tea or coffee making facilities ect etc

Liked: Clean and tidy had microwave fridge and kettle in room. Good location staff were lovely
Disliked: Mattress was a little thin could do with newer one

Disliked: Room was disgusting wallpaper hanging of walls a window was replaced with wood. Bed had stains in it, the smell was horrendous throughout the building, there was faeces in the toilet. Black mold was just painted over in bathroom, we ended up leaving and staying at the gabel end hotel

Liked: The property was good. We had been stayed there before. The property had been closed for two months when we arrived there. Even Booking.com hadnt got any information about that. Its very bad to let the customers to arrive there.
Disliked: The property, A little bit far to the city centre.
