It was okay for last...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not very good. The linen looked yellowish and the water kettles were dirty full of lime scales.

Improvmemt needed.

Liked: The staff where really nice and friendly and could no more for you.Nothing was a hassle for them.
Disliked: My shower had no door on it, so when using it left lots of water on floor when getting in and out which is is a slip hazard. Health and safety hazard Toliet flush was broken.I did report both while staying.No bar which was a shame. But understand still getting licence as not long took over.No house keeping in your room while staying I understanding not entering the room.But I stayed for a week and keep asking for toliet roll, tea bags and milk got very trying in the end.1 toliet roll does last a week. You need to rethink this a bit.Aslo.i had to empty my own bins because of no house keeping entering the room during the week.I don't mind but I should not have to while i am on my holiday.Maybe you could have a system where bins could be place outside the door to be changed.Breakfast the bacon needed cooking a longer and so does the toast toast needs to brown colour on both side.

Disliked: No bar or entertainment as they hadn’t yet got a license

Liked: Only the location. We did not have breafast
Disliked: Everything, nothing worked in the room ie shower flooded floor. Kettle broken lid. Tv not working. No hot water in sink. Plaster flaking off bathroom walls. No cups or spoons. No servicing of the room during stay. Light over sink not working. Single wardrobe, no drawers for a double room, no parking permits. I GOOD GO ON!
