We went to an event at the Norwich Arts Centre and I originally booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arts Centre. What a stroke of luck - our room was overlooking the cathedral; nice and spacious; great bed! We went into the bar and grabbed a quick bite to eat - loved the bar and the food was great; all the staff were very helpful and friendly; can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Liked: Staff were professional courteous and seemed happy in their work. The suite was perfect for our anniversary and the staff left a lovely card petals and swans on the bed this was a lovely gesture as I had asked for a bottle of bubbly in our room as it was our anniversary and the rest was them. Perfect.

Liked: Room was comfortable, clean and very nice, staff on reception pleasant.
Disliked: Bar staff on Sunday night kept disappearing do was difficult to get served. Breakfast was really not good at all - poor value, many things not available or poor quality. If we stated again would book room only and get breakfast out.
