Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: Overall stay was just OK, however in room description was 'ocean view' we didn't get that. Room was facing other building wall and roof and only in certain spot in the room we could see a bit of ocean, or on toilet sit... this is not what we expected and this is why we were disappointed the most. No car park within the hotel too, it's central location but like anything else around as Penguin town is basically one street. And shower could of use a bit of scrubbing. Room was very cold at night (april)!!

Liked: On the main street. Bed was comfortable and we had a small bath which was nice after a day's walking.
Disliked: Little things were just a bit inconvenient - went to make a morning coffee but not that keen to have to go downstairs in my pjs to get the complimentary ground coffee from the reception area. Milk supplied in our fridge in a jug was not fresh and curdled when added to hot drinks. Not big things but would expect better for this price.

Liked: Good size room, comfortable king size bed, good location

Liked: The staff were very good and assisted us to take our bags up the stairs.
Disliked: We were on the first floor but to access you needed to climb a steep staircase with around 20 steps.

Liked: Lovely hotel, beautifully furnished in lovely Penguin. Phil was an excellent host and staff friendly. Definitely recommend.
Disliked: We had the downstairs room and noise travelled through the door/walls very easily. Probably because it is an old hotel that was not built with that in mind.
