Liked: From the moment that we stepped into the hotel, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable.We were upgraded which was a nice surprise and the room was so good and quiet.The staff at the pool area we're extremely kind helpful and Served everyone with a smile.Thank you so much for a lovely stay we will definitely return.In a nutshell, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
