Liked: The location is absolutely the best — very convenient to go anywhere. All the staff are incredibly lovely, from the moment you step into the hotel to the pool upstairs. The service from the staff is truly excellent.
Disliked: The room's cleanliness was disappointing. There was hair all over the floor even though I had just checked in. At the foot of the bed, there was hair from the previous guest — I could tell it wasn’t mine because it was a different color.Even after the room was cleaned the next day, there was still hair and dust on the floor. It seemed like the cleaning was done in a rush. When I came back to the room in the afternoon, the floor was still wet and hadn’t been properly dried.Everything else was great, but the cleanliness was a letdown.
