Stylish hotel in a great...

Liked: The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Also, the Le Labo amenities are blessing.
Disliked: We waited for almost 2 hrs from the supposed check-in time. The room took ages to get ready.

Liked: The location is perfect, staff is very friendly. A month prior I mentioned via email that we were going to Madrid for a concert, and there was a hand written note in the room which ended with enjoy your concert. A small detail, but made a great impression.
Disliked: The breakfast checkin is not organized well. One girl checks each guest (very slowly), then takes them to a table, then comes back to the desk. A line forms ,and people are not happy. Then they ask you to sign a bill even if you have breakfast included which is confusing at the beginning as it was not explained why,they ask you to sign.

Disliked: for the sizeof the room 2 sinks in the bathroom would have been better. the house cleaner did not replace sugar, little choice of tea and no instant coffe or milk provided. the view was a big modern block of cement so not so goodvery bare walls , not one painting
