Stayed in Spokane many times...

Liked: Clean property as well as lobby. Good parking.
Disliked: Horrible bed!!! Mattress sunk in. You could feel springs. Poor quality pillows. If we had discovered sooner as we went to bed late, we would have asked to be moved. We will not use this hotel again. Somebody should have caught this a long time ago!

Liked: We stayed there to be close to the hospitals. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.
Disliked: I wished there was an indoor hot tub to relax in and that there were a little more options for the fitness room.
