Stress free, great value, simple...

Liked: Because I was there for a medical procedure. The hospital was just out the back door not even a five minute walk. this made it super convenient and took one less piece of stress away from having to drive to the hospital and back. The staff was all very friendly, and the breakfast the next morning had things in it, that I could actually eat like yogurt after having my surgery. I loved all the multiple choices and how the fresh coffee and hot water is available all the time.
Disliked: Only two small things that were not great at the hotel. First thing is the mattresses really need to be replaced. you sunk down in pretty low and there are some indentions, so it’s just time for some new upgrades. that’s an easy fix. and the desk chair that was in the room, had some questionable, stains or stuff on the seat. We chose not to use it because it was questionable. So, if they just steam clean the room chairs and keep an eye out for future stains that would be great. Both of these issues are minor.

Disliked: No electrical plugs in room says got phone use only where are u suppose to plug in other things? Had to unplug clock so I could plug in my cpap

Disliked: We had a problem with bath tub draining . We asked for help but no one fix it. Very disappointed

Liked: Safe location, very clean rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the ac unit was loud when it would kick on and off (one of the older styles, not a wall thermostat ) so every time you start to sleep it would kick on and startle you.
