Liked: This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg

Liked: Good location, easy to get to by train from airport. Good size rooms and very quiet.Friendly staff.Good breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been cheaper, as rooms were already pretty expensive.

Liked: The staff are so friendly and accomodated all our request to the best of their ability. Location to most of the important places are all within walking distance. Would definately come back here when in Hamburg.

Good place in harbor area

Liked: Location, very close to the harbor and Elbphilharmonie. Near the subway station with good connection to the airport. Walking distance to old town area too.
