Bad

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location was great.
Disliked: Room was freezing cold! Felt like there was no insulation in the room, slept with 2 layers of clothes & the heater on high. Still cold! No extra blankets left in room if they were needed. Bathroom wasn't clean. Dried urine left on the toilet seat from the last guest and clumps of hair left in shower drain. Didn't get to sleep until after 2am due to no soundproofing in the room and racket of Hindley Street.

Disappointing

Disliked: Wasn't clean 😕 no jug/kettle for the tea and coffee that was supplied. The bathroom was dirty and behind the beds had not been cleaned, and when we arrived, the fridge was not plugged in, so the milk in there was warm

Disliked: It was dirty! The rooms look nothing like the photos Toilet had not been cleaned we got stuck on our floor for 30min because the elevator is incredibly dodgy, had no hot water for the shower we left at 10:30pm and drove 2 hrs home rather then stay at this hotel, the noise level was unbearable, the window vibrated from the music down the road more then the number plate on a p-platers commodore. dirty mattresses left in the corridor room was falling to pieces save yourself some money buy a swag and sleep in the carpark it will be cleaner, quieter and you will get a better sleep

Will never go anywhere near...

Liked: The two guys on reception were helpful. But that is the only remotely positive thing I have to say about this hotel.
Disliked: It was like a halfway house and nothing at all like the photos. They agreed to cut my stay back to 1 night from original 4 and refunded the balance which I appreciated however I couldn’t even bring myself to stay for one night and paid over the odds for a room at a different hotel. It is shameful how different the booking.com pictures were compared to the reality

Disliked: This started badly. The photos were misleading, we had not read reviews. We left personal property in the room, reached out and have had zero contact from management for 2 days. Very frustrating and annoying. If management is reading this please make contact re collection of items.

Waste of time

Liked: No one was available for after hours check-in after I tried to arrange it. Had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere seeking a full refund.
