Disliked: Very noisy, not cleaned. renovations going on . grubby walls . windows dirty and sticky on the inside . one lift not working the other lift very unreliable .one box air conditioner which was very ineffective and a fan in each bedroom but no working powerpoints in one bedroom. Only 3 powerpoints working in whole unit

Liked: I thought it was only a "room";but it was more: - I was pleased with the "mini-fridge // microwave" combo;as well: - the full lounge.

Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: Where do I start? The fridge in our room didn't work, we needed pegs on our noses to walk through the corridors and to stay in our room, the lift felt like it was on the brink of breaking down and the bathroom felt like a Bangkok brothel.

Buyer Beware

Liked: The hotel is undoubtedly in a fabulous location in terms of proximity to the city, Rundell Mall, Casino and Adelaide Oval HOWEVER... the hotel is old, rundown, it smells and ALL rooms face Bank Steet which is exceptionally noisy. There's a lively bar right across the road which is jumping until all hours and the street noise is relentless. Do not stay without bringing earplugs. There's a very good reason why this place is cheaper than most.... in very much need of an upgrade!!
