Great place…just don’t leave anything...

Liked: The rooms are very spacious. I loved the shower. location is very central. The restaurant at the hotel had very decent food options and tasted great.
Disliked: I left my EarPods at the hotel and getting them to check/call back/get a response was a nightmare !!! I must have called a hundred times, I kept insisting my EarPods were at the hotel, someone from security told me he must get an actual picture of the EarPods before he can help me look for it - these are EarPods with my name on it specifically. After giving up and buying new EarPods for $300 my husband decided to call one last time and spoke to someone who was better equipped who checked and found the EarPods ! All this took ONE MONTH + for something so simple. Would have given it a 10 otherwise but this issue dampened my experience at the hotel. I’d stay here again but the staff (security/lost and found) need to do better.

Liked: 5 stars – Truly a Remarkable Stay!Our experience at The Luxury Collection Manhattan was amazing from start to finish. The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was fantastic—delicious food, great ambiance, and top-notch service.This was by far the best experience we've ever had in New York. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!
