Disliked: Check your bill - was over charged at check in and then had another "mystery" charges on my card the same day over a thousand dollar - no one is just to get back to me after raising this issue three times

Disliked: We have stayed in so many Marriott affiliated hotels, and this one is by far the worst.Staff are terrible from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel.1. They couldn’t find our booking and took a while to find it. After finding our booking, they said the hotel was full - meaning they had to give us a different room than we originally booked (king suite with a sofa bed) and promised to provide us two rollaway beds as compensation.2. Rollaway beds never came. We had to ask for it 3 times until late in the night when we called AGAIN! Only to be told they can't provide us a rollaway bed as it’s a fire hazard, so why promise it 3 times in the first place??? It was their fault in the beginning as they didn’t give us the room we originally booked for anyway???3. Obviously they changed our room the next day since we complained about the terrible service. You wouldn’t believe how many things were missing in the new room (bottled water, slippers, temperature control not working, pillows and bed sheets for the sofa bed, etc). It’s like the room was made in a rush.4. Random workers kept knocking on our door, thinking we were different guests???5. On the first day we had the wrong luggage delivered to us, even when we pointed out which one was ours.6. Due to the sudden room change, we left a hairbush in the bathroom next to the blowdryer. We called the front desk, who transferred me to security. We explained where, which room, and what was missing in full detail. Instead of just going to check, he was just confused and mumbled for me to make a lost item report. They never got back to me.7. They promised us 3 times, from 3 different front desk workers, that they would add our Marriott Bonvoy number to earn our points. Only to be told AFTER WE CHECK OUT that it’s not possible as it was booked by a 3rd party app (booking.com). This is crazy since the next hotel we moved into, also a Marriott affiliated hotel, added our Marriott Bonvoy no problem.
