Liked: Breakfast was not the best it was the same thing every day. Needs improvement.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to change it from day to day with different foods

Location was good as we...

Liked: Housekeeping was very good
Disliked: spiders and bugs in the bathroom. When reported the response was "Well it's that time of year". Didn't like the fact that we had to cut our visit short by one day and the travel agency we booked with wouldn't give a refund and Lux didn't offer even though they no doubt booked the room to another traveler.Even though it was clean, thanks to your housekeeping staff, the rooms don't look like they have been improved since the Holiday Inn ran it.

Liked: Decent size room and continental breakfast was not bad Beds were comfortable Staff nice and helpfulGood deal for the region
Disliked: Didn't clean the room everyday so it was a bit dirty, garbage overflowing, out of towelsLocation ok, but you will need a car to go anywhere
